We are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers by collecting only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; we inform customers about the use of the collected data; we regularly give customers the opportunity to choose how their data is used, including the opportunity to decide whether or not they want their name to be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Registration

In order to make a purchase on the web shop, registration is not mandatory. It is only necessary to leave a valid e-mail address (the one to which you have access) in the first step of the checkout process so that after entering the data necessary for delivery, it is possible to send you an order confirmation.

If you do not want to enter the delivery address and payment method information every time during the purchase, quick registration is recommended. You only need to enter a valid e-mail address, personal information (name, surname, address, postal code, city, telephone number) and a password to access your user account once. It can be any string of characters – the longer it is, the more resistant it is to hacking. If you are out of ideas, you can get a generated password on the Password generator website.

After entering the required data, you need to confirm the registration by clicking on the “Registration” field. The created user account remains registered in the system, and is accessed by entering a combination of username and password on the “Login” page.

In case you have forgotten your password, you need to click on “Forgot password?” on the same page. You will arrive at a page where you can leave your e-mail address with which you registered on the web shop, and to which the system will then automatically send you a link to reset your password and get a new one. You can change it later yourself in the account settings since automatically created passwords are not easy to ‘remember’ (or just click YES when the browser asks you to remember the entered password so that you do not have to enter it every time when logging in).

In short, after creating an account, for each subsequent purchase you only need to log in with your username and password.

Delivery and delivery terms

Delivery is made by courier service to your home address to the entrance of the residential building.

We do not have the option of scheduled delivery.

The delivery deadline is defined after the order is placed.

Return and complaint terms

If you find, upon first use, that the product you received is defective or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us and follow the steps listed:

Send us information with the order number, invoice number or your username and a description of the complaint by e-mail to info@emk.hr or via the contact form on the website https://emk.hr.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and, based on your description of the complaint, information about:

– whether the product can be exchanged for a new one,

– whether the product can be refunded,

– or whether the product needs to be sent to an authorized service center.

In cases where the product can be exchanged for a new one and when the product can be refunded, we will send a delivery service to your address that collects the complained product and returns it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund/sending of the replacement product. The refund/replacement for a new product will be processed within 2-3 business days, and no later than after 15 business days. In the event that the product needs to be sent to an authorized service center, we will send you all the information about the authorized service center.

If the shipment is damaged in transit, such damage is visible upon receipt of the shipment, in which case we ask you not to accept the shipment. If you discover the damage after opening the shipment, keep the original packaging (as proof that the damage was not visible upon receipt). Please contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment and process the complaint as soon as possible.
